This was a very good month for the swing trading virtual portfolio. We closed 9 profitable trades and 4 losers, and the virtual portfolio was up 23% for a 2% risk or 34% for 3% risk.
The swing trading virtual portfolio is now up 123.71% for the year when risking only 2% per position!
We had a couple big winners (~3R) in AAPL calls and ARO puts, and kept our losers very small. We still have a couple open positions (such as AMZN), that are bigger losers than we would like, but we also have some very big winners, especially in the "small" stocks.ARNA is up more than 40% since we first bought, DNDN is up 360%, and GLUU is up 130% !
