Here’s an excellent chart site by Chris Kimble, which I found via another great site, Doug Short’s, from which I’ve been posting a variety of market related charts recently. Check them both out: Chris Kimble’s site here, and Doug Short’s site here. – Ilene

Technical analyst Chris Kimble sent me a link to his latest chart of 30-year bond yields, which gives us a fascinating comparison with the first Kimble chart I posted on February 26th. The top chart below is the new snapshot. Following his remarks is the earlier chart (see the February article here).
For the majority of the past 13-years, the yield on the 30-year bond has stayed inside of a falling channel. Yields are moving higher, off of support at (2). For those looking to score on defense, buying TBF, with a stop on break of the bottom of the channel is the play at hand!
