Even as some of us like to stay away from the gambling hall that is earnings, moves like this remind why so many partake. Netflix (NFLX) reported a gain of 13 cents versus expectations of a loss of 13 cents. This is good enough for a 30% move in after hours…. well 32% even in the time I type it.
Netflix sees 1Q revenue at $1.004 – $1.031 billion, beating estimate of $969.2 million
Added 2.05 million domestic streaming subscribers in Q4
EPS 13c vs. -13c est. Rev $945 mil vs. $934.5 mil est.
