Incredible two day move out of Netflix (NFLX) post earnings. This is definitely the scary part of being a short – at least with longs you have limited risk (100%). On the short side, the damage can be nearly unlimited – I imagine this heavily shorted stocks has left a trail of tears the past 2 days. It will be interesting to see where this move exhausts itself.
