Spring swoon 4.0?

Private sector +94,000.  Government sector -6,000.   Big drop in retail as those Christmas jobs go away.

January and February were revised up decently, +62K together.

Labor force participation rate lowest since 1979 down 0.2% month over month – amazing.

Average hourly wages edged up 1 cent to $23.82.

Hours worked ticked up 0.1 which is the only real positive other than the Jan/Feb revisions.
