11 Stocks Moving In Thursday’s Pre-Market Session

Gainers

Concordia Healthcare Corp (NASDAQ: CXRX) shares rose 17.55 percent to $36.50 in pre-market trading after the company reported that it has completed acquisition of four generic products.

Achaogen Inc (NASDAQ: AKAO) shares rose 13.62 percent to $3.63 in pre-market trading. Achaogen raised $25 million in private placement and has been awarded a $20 million contract option by the BARDA to support the development of plazomicin.

Ciena Corporation (NYSE: CIEN) shares rose 10.19 percent to $19.57 in pre-market trading as the company reported better-than-expected Q2 results.

Joy Global Inc. (NYSE: JOY) shares rose 7.78 percent to $18.00 in the pre-market trading session as the company reported stronger-than-expected Q2 earnings.

Dermira Inc (NASDAQ: DERM) rose 5.47 percent to $33.75 in pre-market trading following positive topline results from its Phase 3 ATMOS-1 and ATMOS-2 pivotal trials for DRM04.

Tonix Pharmaceuticals Holding Corp. (NASDAQ: TNXP) shares rose 2.46 percent to $2.50 in pre-market trading. Tonix Pharmaceuticals shares have dropped 68.72 percent over the past 52 weeks, while the S&P 500 index has gained 0.17 percent in the same period.

L Brands Inc (NYSE: LB) rose 2.32 percent to $70.00 in pre-market trading. L Brands reported a 2 percent rise in its May sales, while comparable sales for the same period came in flat.

Losers

Conn’s Inc (NASDAQ: CONN) shares 16.74 percent to $9.75 in pre-market trading. Conn’s posted a Q1 loss of $0.31 per share on revenue of $389.1 million.

Box Inc (NYSE: BOX) shares fell 10.01 percent to $11.51 in pre-market trading. Box reported a narrower-than-expected Q1 loss and raised its full-year guidance. However, billings of $75.9 million came in well below expectations for $84.1 million in billings.

Oracle Corporation (NYSE: ORCL) shares fell 2.53 percent to $39.25. Bloomberg reported Oracle is sued by a senior finance manager who claims the company pressured her to bolster reports.

Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) fell 1.96 percent to $17.04 in pre-market trading. Bank of America downgraded Commercial Metals from Neutral to Underperform.
